Vent Hood

This longtime Builder asked us to create this stove top/oven vent hood surround for their Louisville clients using hot rolled steel sheets, bent to a 90 degree lip at the bottom and then welded to 90 degrees on 2 sides to create the surround effect. The steel itself was patinated with a gun blue patina and then a black oil and then black wax and polished with a buffing wheel.
